Thursday | Rehearsal Dinner

Please join us for an intimate rehearsal dinner as we gather with family and the wedding party to begin the celebrations. The Bride and Groom invite guests to dress their best. Dinner and drinks will be served. This event is planned for those who receive specific details in their formal invitation.
Friday | Welcome White Party
Approximately 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Villa Gioia
We invite everyone to join us as we kick off our wedding weekend with a Welcome White Party. Guests are kindly asked to wear white and dress their summer best as we gather to celebrate the Bride and Groom. Small bites and drinks will be served, and we look forward to spending a relaxed evening together before the big day.
Saturday | Wedding Day
4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Villa Gioia
The wedding day attire is Black Tie Optional. The Bride and Groom kindly request guests dress in neutral shades, specifically brown, gray, black, beige, and/or greens, so as not to detract from the natural beauty of the Italian scenery.
Ceremony – 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to find your seat and settle in before the ceremony begins.
Cocktail Hour – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Join us for cocktails, drinks, and light bites to get evening celebrations started.
Dinner & Reception – 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Dinner will be served, followed by dancing and celebrating as we continue the evening together.
After Party – To follow

Sunday | Farewell Swim & Brunch
Approximately 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Villa Gioia
A relaxed farewell swim party and brunch for those who wish to join the Bride, Groom, their families, and close friends for one last cap to the weekend. If you intend to swim, please bring a swimsuit and towel.
